Bamboo fibres are carbonised, resin-impregnated then hot-pressed under high pressure. The result is a material with a density of 1230 kg/m³ and a Brinell hardness of 129 kg/mm², higher than ipe.
Two tones: Light, carbonised at 140 °C to keep a golden brown, and Dark, carbonised at 200-220 °C for a deep chocolate brown. Both are factory pre-oiled with WOCA oil and R10 anti-slip.
Two fixing systems: the 139 mm reversible board, end-matched, with hidden stainless steel clips, or the 118 mm cambered board with built-in GRAD fixing. Fire rating Bfl-s1, d0 without chemical retardant, FSC certified and SGS tested.
